Responsibilities:

  • Perform and handle banking transactions for customers ( Deposit, withdrawal, Fixed, Western, Remittance, Currency Exchange) .
  • Carry out Banking Services and support tasks and take care of customers at banking hall to promote and maintain positive relation with all customers.
  •  Record and keep cash books, revenue and expense receipts and other information related to cash and other tasks assigned by supervisor.
  • Perform filling for all documents on frontline transactions.
  •  Assist the supervisor to provide satisfactory banking services and operations support to all external and internal customers.

Requirements :

  1. University graduate in banking, finance, accounting or business administration. (Male candidate are encouraged to apply) 
  2. Good interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels 
  3. Good communication skills including English and Chinese proficiency. 
  4. Pleasant disposition and ability to handle complaints Possess PC skills preferably in MS Office
